Call Status
As the Voice Message is processed there will be updated status for the call.
Possible call statuses include the following:
Description | Meaning |
---|---|
Unknown | An unknown error occurred when terminating the call |
Processing | The call is queued in Wavecell platform for processing |
Call Initiated | The call has been routed through Wavecell platform and triggered on the telephony network |
Call Failed | Wavecell failed to terminate the call |
Call Ringing | The device/phone is ringing and waiting for the call the be answered |
Call Not Answered | The call did not get answered by human or machine |
Call Answered | The call was successfully answered by human or machine |
Line Busy | Call failed as the end number returned busy tones |
Call Completed | The call successfully terminated |
Call Error | There was some unknown error handling the call |
